This is the third breeding for each of these animals. The male’s first two resulted in all slugs with different females. The female’s first two attempts were completely unsuccessful. I hope the third time is the charm for both of them.

Melanistic Pairing
This is a repeat of the 2007 pairing that produced some absolutely stunning mite phase and melanistic chondros. The male is from Jeff Hudson with LemonTree and TW Blue lineage. The female is from Steve Gordon from TW Blue (father is clutchmate of Mister Blue) and WC Jayapura. This will be the final pairing of these two as future breedings for this female will be with more blue line males.

Clutch Stats: 14 eggs, 10 with good veining
Update Feb 28: 12 showing good veining, 2 weak eggs overcome with mold
